The Home Depot

Charmaine was extremely helpful and professional and went the extra mile to help me get the right globe for a ceiling fan that I didn't have a model number or brand for. She called Home Depot parts and they provided me with the information they needed to identify the fan and the correct replacement part. Eventhough, I could not buy the part today, with the help I received I am confident I will get the right part because of Charmaine's assistance. 5 stars!

We are beyond frustrated with the level of service we’ve received recently at the Home Depot in Lake Charles. We ordered a storm door on May 21, 2026, and were told the installation would take only a few weeks. After waiting more than a month with no updates, we went back into the store — only to learn that there was no local installer available. Instead, we were told we’d have to wait for an installer located three hours away, and that they would only come once there was “enough work” to justify the trip. They contacted the installation company and promised us a call-back but did not deliver and we ended up working with the installation company ourselves. Finally our big day arrived today (7/11/2026) and the installer had to tell us Home Depot gave him the wrong door; it would have to be reordered and the process starts all over again. This in no way is an issue with the installation company, it's all about Home Depot. At no point during the purchase were we informed of this major delay or the lack of a local installer. We were left waiting for weeks with no communication, no timeline, and no proactive follow-up from the store. This is not the level of service we expected, espec

Very good food and staff seem to be quite friendly! Really good place to chill and have dinner together with family. Awesome atmosphere and friendly people.

This is such a great store. Ms S. Thompson handled my pick up order today and I was blown away by her knowledge and craft at customer service. She genuinely was just as excited as I was for me to pick up my new equipment. I live down the street and always come back because of people like her who are proud of their job and super helpful.
